the past few days have been soooo surreal with people showering me with so much love, more than thankful to be receiving it all. it took me 2 days to reply all the messages and blessings!! 💖

i thought to myself, i can't love people if i don't love myself AT ALL. i discovered a better version of myself through the 90-day programme and i'm so so so, thankful bc i got to enjoy food while in the process of slimming down, and STILL losing weight after.

i love myself, i love my body so much. self love is truly the best discipline.
