Following our release of Ipanema B67 comes B15. A deep, winey profile that offers a contrasting characteristic to what is commonly known about Brazilian coffees, which tend to be nutty and chocolatey. The constant innovation in the farms of Ipanema have proven that coffees from this region have vast potential with wide ranges of taste profiles.

Leading the cup are prominent flavours of milk chocolate and hazelnuts, with a substantial mouthfeel that is thick and syrupy. This is slowly followed by a sweetness akin to raisins, with a pleasant hint of cherries and an aftertaste of dark chocolate.

Ipanema B15 is available online now and at all stores next week onwards.

Summer punch in a cup, Potosi Sidra takes you on a sweet summer escape with its distinct notes of muscat grapes and a subtle, pink floral finish.

A fitting cup to lounge with at the pool, the dynamic flavours wrapped around botanical characteristics bring complexity to the experience. It is ideal iced, but also a treat when served hot.

The compelling flavours have given rise to its demand. With a clean and refreshing profile that is easily distinguishable, find notes of Muscat Grape, Summer Punch and Peony.

Situated 2150 metres above sea level, the harvests from Finca Altamira tend to be minimal due to the limited land available at such a towering altitude. Dubbed as the 1% of the 1%, El Limón may be a lesser known varietal, yet it still proves the vibrancy and juiciness of Colombian coffees.

On top of its vibrant and juicy profile, this coffee is also soft and delicate on the palate. Yellow florals are present in every sip of El Limon, whilst carrying stone fruit sweetness that is reminiscent of apricots, and ends off with a honey-like finish.

The Ipanema series takes you to the highest altitudes of Rio Verde, Ipanema’s oldest farm, in Brazil. Here, microlots fall into categories, namely Black, Gold, Blue and Diamond and are based on the complexity of taste, and rarity.

With new collections releasing every year, we’re introducing coffees from the most recent set, the Colina D’Oro collection. This selection provides an alternative view to Brazilian coffees, which are known to have taste profiles leaning more towards nutty and chocolatey.

Ipanema B67 carries a rich and dense body, where you can taste the acidity of green grapes, accompanied by notes of caramel and dark chocolate.

The Ipanema Premier Cru concept circled around state-of-the-art architecture, utilising the most advanced technology available in wet milling and mechanical drying.

This is paired with the mild climate and constant annual rainfall, unique characteristics that are advantageous to Fazenda Rio Verde and the Mantiqueira Mountains. Between the years of 2014 to 2017, hundreds of tests were conducted to pinpoint the ideal methods to ensure only high quality coffee cherries were harvested.

Annual collections are released under unique brand names, from the concept debut Grano Segreto in 2018, to the most recent Colina D’Oro in 2023. Through a system similar to whisky, microlots fall into one of the four categories, namely Black, Gold, Blue and Diamond, depending on the taste complexity and rarity.

We will be gradually releasing a selection of Colina D’Oro coffees, starting from Ipanema B67.

The Geisha variety from Panama continues to distinguish itself as one of the world’s most sought after coffees.

Hailing from the pioneers of coffee, Esmeralda Leon 73S is a prominent cup that is both floral and fruity. The famed quality of Esmeralda is apparent, with bright notes of jasmine, stone fruits and bergamot, which make up the signature taste of this coffee.

An extremely clean cup, experience high floral notes of jasmine and white flowers. This is followed by a vibrant and uplifting acidity of citrus fruits and a lingering combination of sweet mandarin and bergamot.

Using the husks of Geisha coffee from Esmeralda, Cascara Tea is an alternative to traditional tea and coffee. It carries the sweetness of red dates accompanied by earthy notes, with every sip bringing a unique tasting experience.

Coffee has always been the centre of our offerings, and we stay true to these roots that we’ve planted. This tea is our version of serving an alternative that does not stray from our beliefs yet is also a delightful encounter.

Serving now at all stores, both hot and iced.
