👃Aromas: Youthful, leaps from glass, expressive with Pinot Noir - kirsch and red berries fruit to the fore. Fleshiness and ferric complexity firmly an noted JB Adelaide Hills vineyard, yet reminiscent of Burgundy…
Stylish oak replete with spices like cinnamon/nutmeg.

👅Palate: Lush and generous fruits wash across the palate. The ‘bite’ and grip of wild raspberry, rhubarb and sour cherry fruits effortlessly align with the wine’s underlying acidity. The oak sits perfectly - persuasively part of the wine with tannins. Structurally quite convincing - impressive Pinot Noir dimension and length.

Remarks: handpicked, free run only, no pressing. Wild ferment. Not fined.
