Yi Bua tastes best eaten on the day of collection because it is freshly made. But, you can keep it in the fridge for around 3 days; steam or pan fry to eat.
I love to eat pan-fried Yi Bua. The skin is crispy and chewy. Combined with the juicy and aromatic fillings, the Yi Bua tastes divine.
For customers who are collecting your Yi Bua orders on Sat, 18 Feb, do try keeping some overnignt then pan fry to eat. 😊😋

~ Made with loads of fresh yam, Chinese sausage, dried shrimp and mushroom. Garnished with sesame, spring onion, fried shallots, chilli and Chinese sausage.
~ May be kept in the chiller for 3 days, steam or pan-fry to eat.

~ To consume, remove wrapper then thaw for approx 5 mins. Pan fry, deep fry (in hot oil), air fry or toast in oven till golden brown and crispy.

We're still receiving many order requests so mum decided to make Ngoh Hiang again. This will be the last batch that mum will make for CNY collection. Production will be in limited quantity as she needs to spend more time to prepare the CNY Goodies.
