Our Story

Hong Mao Mian Jia has been a big part of Joo Chiat Culture and Heritage since the early 60's. Founded by a guy named Ao Yang, customer starts to call the noodle store "Hong Mao Mian Jie/Ang Moh Wanton Noodles" due to his look which has a strong resemblance to a Caucasian like complexion and features.

Standing strong through the times and into the modern world, Hong Mao Mian Jia is still providing its customers a unique experience with its Noodles as every customer is valued and appreciated by us.

Prepare yourself to immerse into a world of heritage and history as every bite of our Wanton Noodle will be a unique one.

Bringing in better hotel quality equipment, Hong Mao Main Jia has created a better working and dinning environment both for staff and customer.

In order to serve customer better and improve further the quality of our noodle, we will not stop to listen to customer's comments and feedback so as to upgrade to a better and healthier dinning experience.
