Dr Hari Bandi was my medical officer in the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in 2007. I was the Fellow in Head and Neck Surgery. Late one night I was called to the emergency room at the hospital to see a child with maggots in their discharging ear! Fresh from the UK, I had never encountered this before!
