Reflections for the 10th Sunday in Ordinary Time

+ Do I confess my sins at the Sacrament of Confession in a sincere, authentic, real and complete way?

++ Have I sought forgiveness from my family and the people whom I have hurt; to also seek help for myself to overcome the emotional and psychological pain that I may be carrying?

+++ Will I commit to go for the Sacrament of Confession at least once a month?
