In the months leading up to the Sweet Spot Gala on 10 Oct, we had a unique challenge: to craft an Asian savory fusion and impress the dessert scene with the notion that vegan treats can be equally, if not more, tantalising.

After extensive discussions and tastings, we arrived at a culinary marvel: the Vegan Satay Macaron. Leveraging our expertise in crafting vegan macarons, we've reimagined this classic French dessert with an Asian twist in the form of an open sandwich concept, much like canapés.

Introducing Delcie's Vegan Satay Macaron: our 100% vegan macaron base, delicately infused with the vibrant flavours of mango and Asian spices, artfully garnished with cucumbers, red onions, and chili flakes, offering a truly sensational taste. 🤤

Behind this culinary creation stands a dedicated team of chefs who tirelessly experimented with vegan macarons, a creative setup team that envisioned the perfect presentation, reliable suppliers who provided the freshest ingredients, and a skilled media team that captured the essence of our creation through stunning photos.
