Meet our panelist, Mr. Abdirizak Hassan Yusuf!
Mr. Abdirizak is a lawyer and current director of the investment department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Federal Government of Somalia. He has held various roles at the Ministry for the past eight years in the areas of trade, investment, SMEs, and industrial development.

Mrs. Fatima Aden Eidle is currently working with the Somali Consultants Association (SOCA) with Africa Development Foundation (ADF) third part monitoring partner office in Somalia. Our panel discussion on "Institutionalization of startup business ideas: A key the success factor for business continuity" is ongoing. Our panelists are Mrs. Fatima Aden Eidle, A University lecturer, director of SOCA, head of program development; Hafsa Abdirahman Farah, the Acting Employment Director of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs; Leyla Musse Ibrahim, Business development manager at Premier Bank. Mulki Ahmed Dirie, Owner and Director of Mulki Baby shop. Mrs. Bahja Ali MohamedHead of women enterprises development at SIMAD iLab, is chairing the panel.

Our utmost gratitude goes to Dr. sumait hospitals team, who voluntarily distributed necessary facilities such as sanitizers, masks and made ready an ambulance in the conference arena.

Our second keynote speaker, Dr. Ahmed khadar Abdi Jama, is on the stage giving a presentation on "Entrepreneurial Renaissance after Covid-19: New Business Opportunities and Business
Models."

Our first keynote speaker, Mr. Abdulrazak Mohamed Ahmed, has presented to the conference audience "Challenges of business continuity and recovery strategy among Somali Startups during
covid-19 pandemic"

We are pleased to have H.E. Farah Sheikh Abdulkadir, Member of the Somali Parliament and one of the Founders of SIMAD University, to officially open the CEB2021 Conference. H.E. Farah reminisced the past two-decade history of the Somali education sector and its evolution. In the meantime, he appreciated the collaboration and encouraged the youth to maneuver the future based on the continued development of technology and the business.
