Dear friends, family, and esteemed faculty,

I am filled with joy and a deep sense of accomplishment as I finally cross the rough road and make it as a graduate of Dr. John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.

This milestone marks the realization of years of hard work, dedication, and countless late nights of studying. Today, I proudly say that I have overcome challenges, pushed myself beyond my limits, and grown both academically and personally.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to my family and loved ones Especially my brother John Magher Maker Mayol who acts as a father and senior brother who took me from my Village in Adior Payam to Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya where I started my education 2005. Your love for me and my late father Mading Mayol ( Mamunmun) can't go unappreciated and I can't thank you more. but I have kept the promise to make the legacy of my late father exist among us as I finally accomplish the task you entrusted me.

To my Nephew Peter Isaac Cawak Kot Koro aka Cawak Ayor Mayol thank you for your financial support during my university level you have shown me real love m**h Wacwac- die.
