Hi everyone,
We've recently discovered a little haven about an hour away from Taipei.

It's the perfect little place to unwind, recharge and release stress.

We go there to rest and soak up a little phytoncide. It's an outing, not a hike.

Our next outing will be held this Sunday, July 28th between 10:30 to 15:30.

We always meet at the Cosmos Hotel near Taipei Main Station exit M3. Since there are no buses that can take us all the way up there. We will hop on a train and an Uber. The fee is 1280$ and that includes transportation, light snacks, fruits, special exercise equipments and class material all related to feeling and recharging our inner Qi.

It takes a little over an hour from the Cosmos Hotel to the Tai'an Waterfalls.

Our main purpose is to spend a relaxing time in a little paradise and truly rest.

Our outing will include some stress release exercises, Qi enhancing movements, light snacks and of course... it is possible to enjoy a little splash under the waterfall. 😉
