- Dental Practice Experience preferred
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments and connect calls
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with clerical duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers
- Knowledge of basic clerical tasks and office procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
