Our club was chartered on April 30th, 1911. Our founding was the catalyst for other Rotary clubs to start in the Northeast region, including Harrisburg, Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Camden. On our 113th anniversary, we are proud of the different ways we serve the community and make a positive global impact as well. Join us for an upcoming meeting, service project or happy hour!
Liquori Link Networking event gave us a chance to make some new connections and tell people about our clubâs service work. All attendees had something in common. We believe in the mission of Liguori Academy.

Saturday, Feb 24, was another success for Rotary with Cradles to Crayons! This service event engaged club members as we sorted through clothes that will go to young children. Each item was carefully looked at, sorted by size, and stored with love.
What a wonderful way to promote and their motto of âQuality = Dignityâ, along with the opportunity for hope!
Nick, Walt, Christa, Kwame, President Ken, Shawn, Shawn, and Nicholas
each worked hard to make this a meaningful event for the community. Additionally, Rotary presented $500 to help for future needs.

Coach Fran Dunphy is welcoming us to Tom Gola Arena at La Salle University on Saturday, March 2nd to see the Explorers take on the George Washington Revolutionaries at 2pm. This will be La Salleâs final home game of the year.

Every year the Rotary International President selects a theme. Just announced: the theme for the 2024-25 Rotary year which will begin July 1st. RI President-elect Stephanie Urchick says members create that magic with every project completed, every dollar donated, and every new member of Rotary.

U.S. Surgeon Generalâs âWe Are Made to Connectâ Tour Stops at Drexel University Students attended a talk by United States Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, MD, and Cynthia Germanotta to learn about the loneliness epidemic and how to combat it in small, impactful ways every day.
Santa needs some help this time of year. Thank goodness he can count on Toys for Tots to help sort and distribute! Over two separate days Rotary volunteers provided some extra hands to get toys where they belong.
