Yep. I am these sometimes.
I am human. I have a body that revolts against me sometimes, and a mind that tries to do the same.
I don't always get things right, and I don't always feel super accomplished at the end of every day.
Maybe you've felt this way before too.
BUT!
That doesn't change the IRREVOCABLE truth that we are also brave and strong, and capable.
It doesn't mean we are not worthy of love and belonging.
