You don’t need to spend hours in a gym to reap the benefits of regular exercise. Try these tips to get some movement in:

–Mini-workouts. Try three 10-minute workouts throughout the day rather than one 30-minute workout.
–Set a timer. Every hour, take five minutes to stretch and move.
–Make it fun. Choose activities you enjoy, like dancing or riding a bike, and it’ll be much easier to find the time!

Look at what our patients are saying🤩

"Pain in the shoulders, arms, and frequent headaches and migraines are what brought me back to Repsher & Associates Physical Therapy. I already had experience with their work; they helped me when I had problems with my lower back and my daughter with her hip problems. The whole process was very pleasant, thanks to Kevin who followed my every step and helped me to successfully master every exercise. The results were not lacking, I soon felt relief, and after that the pain completely disappeared. I am very grateful to Kevin for his help and to the entire staff for their always cheerful welcome and ease in organizing my meetings so that everything would go smoothly."

Look at what our patients are saying🤩

"Today I'm completing my 6 week post-op for a reverse shoulder replacement. Last year I had 8 weeks of PT for a rotator cuff repair. Luckily, both times I was cared for by Brandon. I found him to be so patient and attentive. I found all of the staff at Repsher to be friendly and wonderful to work with. I'm happy to be finished with my PT but will miss this great group of people."
