This is the Gospel
ThisIsTheGospel.com is a simple guide to relationally-centered discipleship. What is the Gospel of Jesus Christ? How do you know if you’re really saved?
What does it actually mean to be "saved"? There are so many questions that surround the salvation-based teachings of Jesus Christ. "This is the Gospel" is dedicated to presenting a simple, biblically based, non-denominational view of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We exist for three reasons:
• First, we want to share the Gospel with you.
• Second, we want to equip you to share the Gospel with ot
We were recently blessed with an opportunity to teach two sessions to over 200 BCM leaders from across the state of Georgia. The sessions were on eternal life and the Christ-life. After the sessions, each person received a complete set of This is the Gospel books. We’re grateful to the Georgia Baptist Mission Board for the opportunity to serve, and we’re praying God will continue to do a great work on college campuses across the state.
Before ascending to heaven, Christ gave His disciples the command to preach the gospel to all creation. How are you living out the Great Commission in your life today?
Christian films + the Gospel = exponential progress in reaching the nations. Grateful for the privilege to be a part of this festival and engage with the next generation of filmmakers from 9 different countries including Brazil, Germany, South Africa and India who desire to make Christ known around the world.
Kingdom Mindedness and Partnership Impact.
These two thoughts come to mind in summarizing my visit to St. John's New Foundland, Canada.
When kingdom mindedness is applied to living out the great commission, partnership impact ensues.
It's not about a church, it's about God's Kingdom.
Thank you to my friend Lanny Loe, Missions Pastor of FBC Jonesboro and Cam and Krista Moore, church planters to Vancouver Island, BC for allowing me to tag along with them to see God's activity in New Foundland.
Thank you to our friends Steve Bray and Matt Lahey and all the church planters and staff of Mile One Mission, who invited us up to the beautiful tundra of Canada to see the great need for churches that stand firm on God's Word and preach the Gospel with boldness and grace.
To my great surprise, the need for access to the Gospel is as great in northern Canada as it is in many parts of Africa and the Middle East.
I'm again reminded of what the Apostle Paul said in Roman's ten, "how will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?".......
Honored to have the opportunity to work with partners in really hard places to see lives transformed by Jesus throughout the world.

Grateful to meet our new friends Pastor Trent and Josh at Clarkston International Bible Church. They’re doing an incredible job serving the world and entrusting the gospel to 100 ethnic people groups from around the world all living within 1.4 squares miles that make up Clarkston, Georgia.
Also had a chance to meet our new friend Azizzi who hosted us for tea in his home and shared his incredible journey to Clarkston from Afghanistan in the last few years.
Opportunities to serve the world are abundant and accessible right next to us if we take a moment to look. Excited and grateful to be a part of serving the nations right here in Georgia, that all people will find rest in Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to Pastor Richie Howard of First Baptist Church Jonesboro for pursuing the vision of seeing men’s lives changed. The Shepherd’s House, just launched on August 1, 2023, is a men’s recovery home ministry of FBC Jonesboro, and they are using This Is the Gospel to teach, train, and equip men to experience the transforming power of learning to live in a deep, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
Men are learning their created purpose is to be in relationship with God, and because God made them, their identity is secure in Him alone. Not culture, relationships, careers, or our past decisions. The gospel isn’t just what we need to be saved. The gospel is what we need for saved living.

The Lord blessed a mission trip to Zambia. We saw 33 professions of faith through a sports camp outreach, and God gave us multiple new strategic relationships at the ministry leadership level for advancing the gospel throughout Africa.
