Korean Children’s Choir 2024 visit to the Korean War Veterans Memorial was a poignant and heartwarming event, bringing together generations in a moment of reflection and gratitude.

Ralph Walton, the Foundation’s event coordinator greeted the choir with a tour of the Memorial.

Later in the day, Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC)-Korea hosted a concert at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts commemorating the 79th anniversary of Korea's liberation and the 71st anniversary of the 1953 Korean Armistice Agreement which ended hostilities of the 1950-53 Korean War.

The concert featured about 700 children from FEBC-Korea's 13 regional children's choirs.

This visit was more than just a performance; it was an intergenerational dialogue, a living history lesson, and a testament to the enduring bonds between the United States and South Korea.
