WILDCATS! Are you ready for a day of fun? Field Day is Friday, June 7. Please send your student prepared with extra clothes and a water bottle for a day of fun at school. If you have any questions, please call the main office or email our PE teachers.

As many of you know, she stepped in mid-year to take over our amazing fourth-grade class. Stepping into a new classroom, especially mid-year, can be a daunting task. However, Ms. Isley has embraced the challenge with incredible enthusiasm and dedication.
She has quickly established a positive and supportive learning environment for our fourth graders. Ms. Isley has a knack for building relationships with students, creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions." She even has some baller basketball skills!
We've all been impressed by Ms. Isley's professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care for our students. She has seamlessly integrated into our school community, collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure the continued success of our fourth graders.

Fairfax County is hosting its 1st Puzzle Hunt!
When: Launches June 15, 2024
The Solving Fun Puzzle Pals have been hard at work, creating an exhilarating adventure for puzzle solvers. We are thrilled to announce the Fairfax County Puzzle Hunt, a unique community event that will take you on a journey to the wonderful parks in Fairfax County. Starting this summer, solve one puzzle or do them all. Puzzles are filled with creative thinking, logic, and wordplay. They are designed to be challenging and accessible for all skill levels. Solve the puzzles and then find clues at the parks for a final meta-puzzle. Walk, bike, and roll with friends and family at our wonderful local parks. To show our support for military-connected youth, we are inviting all Fairfax County students, families, school employees, and community members to “Purple Up!” on April 17. Why purple? Purple symbolizes all branches of the military as a combination of Army green, Marine Corps red, and Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force and Space Force blue.
