Our Story

Steve and Chris have over 35 years combined experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. This father son team are 4th and 5th generation Orange County residents and are both graduates of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at Cal State University Fullerton. Steve and Chris pride themselves on giving amazing service with the highest level of integrity.

Steve lives in Anaheim Hills, CA and has 5 kids (Megan, Chris, Destiny, Bob, Vince) and 3 grandchildren (Riley, McKinley, Colton). Steve also has two Bugs (Boston Terrier/Pug Mix) named Buster and Zoom. Steve enjoys lifting weights, meditation, jumping out of airplanes and traveling.

Chris lives in Placentia, CA with his wife Avalon, son Colton, and golden retriever Maverick. Chris and Avalon spend their time chasing their energetic toddler all over the local parks as well as traveling as a family. At the age of 2 Colton has already made trips to Alaska, Kauai, Canada, and Maui. Chris enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights and spending quality time with his family.
