I am no longer conducting group classes.

Donna attended the national iyengar Association yoga convention with Albhijata iyengar. Classes are suspended for the summer and will resume in the fall.

In July and August Donna attended Zoom webinar by Praschant Iyengar on Yoga philosophy, Eric Small's workshop on Multiple sclerosis and Bobby Clennell's workshop on Yoga for Post Menopause. Classes at Yoga Iyengar Style continue via Zoom until further notice.

Donna is attending Abijata Iyengar's week-long online course via Zoom.

Classes will suspend for the summer after June 26 and resume mid-September. Donna will be in France at her annual Iyengar Yoga Teacher training with Faeq Biria. Approximately 160 teachers fro around the world will
join her.

Donna will be attending Faeq Biria's yoga intensive with Iyengar teachers from all around the world in La Chaise Dieu, France, once again this summer.

Classes are not in session now because of a fire at the studio. Classes and private sessions will resume January 23 or 30, 2019.

Donna just returned from her annual yoga intensive in France with Faeq BIRIA. It was marvelous, as usual. Four weeks of very intense –progressively harder week by week –yoga work – both asana and pranayama. We had teachers from all around the world. 160 Attended each of the first two weeks,120 the third week and 106 the fourth week. Absolute yoga heaven! It’s like a big family reunion.

Classes for this term will end the last week in June. There are no classes in July and August. Donna will once again be attending the international intensive in France with other Iyengar teachers from around the world in July.
