This Green Salad was so good! Grill roasted zucchini, broccoli and green beans on a bed of lettuce. A lemon vinaigrette made with fresh basil and mint. Quinoa and toasted almonds for protein. 😋

I received this cute note from a student at the end of my 'Core Integrity' online course. As I told her, you do get stronger by doing it even if it is just once a week, because it's an opportunity to work your muscles differently than they're normally worked. However, it means you can't stop doing it if you want to keep feeling the difference in your body!
