Our Community Workout Events will be August 17th; Fitness and Facials! Not only do we like to support our local community at PITYFitness but we love to support other small businesses!!! This event not only will we being have a fun community workout but afterwards we will have mini facials!!
Carissa, a Aesthetician and Makeup Artist, will be at our Fiton5th event providing mini facials!! Along with a drawing for a full facial and discounts for future ones!! Carissa is the owner and founder of Forever Coastal Aesthetics!!!

$15 for a workout, snacks and drinks!!! Everyone is welcome!! Remember the Money collected from ticket sales at the Fiton5th community workout event will go towards the PITYFitness Scholarship to help kids play organized sports in our community!

Fitness is not just about physical strength but mental resilience, emotional well-being, and a profound sense of empowerment. In today’s world, women are breaking barriers and redefining what it means to be strong, both inside and out.
In recent studies in the United States, it shows the participation ranges by gender that indicated an estimated 14 to 46% of men participated in resistance training at least twice a week, compared to women, which was an estimated from 9 to 40%. While participation rates are on the rise over the past decade, women still tend to participate in resistance training at a rate lower than men.
At PITYFitness, through tailored fitness programs, we aim to support women in achieving their health and wellness goals while fostering a positive body image and self-confidence. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing women surpass their own expectations.
Whether it’s mastering a challenging exercise, achieving a weight loss milestone, or simply feeling more energized and confident in their daily lives, each success story is a testament to the resilience and determination of women in fitness. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey.
Creating a supportive and encouraging environment is key to helping women stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey. In a society that often imposes unrealistic standards of beauty and strength on women, we strive to promote a more inclusive and balanced view of fitness.
As a personal trainer, my goal is not only to help women achieve their fitness goals but also to empower them to lead healthier, happier lives.

Tomorrow is Day 1 😄
To ensure you are ready the biggest thing is you want to aim for is hitting your Calories and Protein numbers first every day. Along with getting in around 100oz of water daily and movement!! We want to aim for 7-10K steps a day! Plus adding in 3-5 days of resistance training of some kind. These can include the workouts that are preprogrammed in the APP under activity or coming to a class! If you choose the Buy In option you will receive a code tomorrow that will give you 50% off of all group classes (and a free 40min personal training session if choosing the Elite Buy In)
You want to make sure you track everything to see how you are doing (this includes sauces)
Assessments are due anytime from Sunday thru Tuesday at midnight. Each assessment you want to take your photos and update your weight as well as answer the questions. If you do a Buy In, you must complete an assessment each week to stay eligible for the Buy In Pot at the end!
There is a spot for body metrics but that usually encourage people to do around once a month.
There is still 4 spots remaining in the Elite Group. For those that were in it last challenge they will tell you it was like your own separate help group. We sent memes, recipes, encouragement, etc.
To register for the Summer Challenge:
1. Download the APP using the link below ⤵

2. Click "Enter Challenge" and take 3 photos (facing forward, back and side)
3. Decide if you want to do the Buy In Challenge for a little extra skin in the game!!! $10 or $30 option.
**You do not have to do a Buy In to participate in the Summer Challenge but it does give you discounts and extras**
Buy In money goes towards a 50/50 pot. Half of the money goes to the overall winner at the end of the 8 weeks and the other half goes towards gift cards for the mini challenges along the way! We are currently at $140.

I can't wait to get started and crush the rest of summer!! I will be working especially hard along side of you all during this challenge with my rehab!!! If I can do it on crutches with one good hip... you can do it too!!
