📍Important disclaimers to consider regarding the newly released movie based on the book “It End With Us.”
🔎“It Ends With Us feeds into the very structures of toxic masculinity that it purports to combat. It romanticizes red flags and glorifies a charismatic-but-dangerous man (he’s complicated! he’s damaged!) and it ultimately delivers a decidedly anti-feminist message.”

Currently, millions of survivors of violent crimes including domestic abuse and child sexual violence rely on services funded under the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA). The VOCA Crime Victims Fund, funded with criminal fines and other non-taxpayer resources, addresses survivors' needs with services from victim assistance programs, child advocacy centers, domestic violence agencies, and r**e crisis centers.
The Crime Victims Fund is running out of money. It is $600 million underfunded compared to last year.
A solution is at hand - and your voice is needed to get it passed. The newly proposed Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act directly addresses this shortfall by redirecting funds collected through the False Claims Act (FCA) into the Crime Victims Fund through fiscal year 2029.
This is where you come in.
YOU can contact your Senators and tell them to cosponsor and support this important bill, and help survivors continue to access the services that help them heal and find safety after a crime.
Thank you for using your voice to ensure that survivors of domestic violence and millions of others who have experienced harm can access safety, justice, and healing.
