ATTENTION: If you are looking at Zillow to see what your home is worth... here is (straight from Zillow) their median error for Seattle. Now, I would say the further you go up north or south or east or west from Seattle, the larger the error. That 2.11% on a $600,000 house is a $12,660 Zillow error, at least. That error could really pose a problem in an appraisal. Which an appraiser DEFINITELY does NOT use Zillow for their official appraisal. Zillow is easy and fun to look at, but if you want a detailed, specific, custom market analysis on your home, give us a call!!
