We have used them as a family for supporting detoxification, boosting immune system, boosting energy, supporting the body through active illness (we used many for our youngest with respiratory issues this year!) , seasonal allergies, gas/stomach upset, vagus nerve support, anxiety, sleep, anti-aging , brain function, pain, hormones, thyroid, etc. I love that they don’t have medication in them.
