WR TOTM - HEATHER

We are so excited to feature Heather as our Therapist of the Month for the month of December.  Heather is our Lead Therapist here at Wild Rose, and such a gem to work with!  She knows the ins and outs of Wild Rose better than almost anybody, as she worked here first as a Front Desk Coordinator before becoming a Massage Therapist and then our Lead Therapist.

After teaching yoga and leading wellness retreats for two years, Heather found that she was fascinated with the body and how it works.  Her passion as a massage therapist lies in listening to the client and what they need, then creating a safe space to cultivate that desired healing. Heather is passionate about helping others, the way others have helped her.  She is well versed in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Relaxation massage.  She has a particular love for specific, detailed work on troubled areas and often adds in stretches during her sessions. Her goal as a therapist is to never stop learning, slow down and keep listening
