Written and directed by Annie Baker in her feature directorial debut, JANET PLANET follows 11-year-old Lacy as she spends the summer of 1991 at home in rural Massachusetts, enthralled by her own imagination and the attention of her mother, Janet. As the months pass, three visitors enter their orbit, all captivated by Janet. JANET PLANET opens tonight in our main auditorium at 7:00. It will stay with us through July 4th with showtimes at 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00. There will not be a 7:00 showtime on July 3rd.

THE BIKERIDERS opens tonight at Fine Arts!
THE BIKERIDERS captures a rebellious time in America when the culture and people were changing. After a chance encounter at a local bar, strong-willed Kathy (Jodie Comer) is inextricably drawn to Benny (Austin Butler), the newest member of Midwestern motorcycle club, the Vandals led by the enigmatic Johnny (Tom Hardy). Much like the country around it, the club begins to evolve, transforming from a gathering place for local outsiders into a dangerous underworld of violence, forcing Benny to choose between Kathy and his loyalty to the club. THE BIKERIDERS opens in our main auditorium tonight at 7:00. It will continue with showtimes at 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00 through June 27th. TWO new movies open tomorrow night at Fine Arts!
From debut filmmaker Daina O. Pusić, TUESDAY is a heart-rending fairy tale about the echoes of loss and finding resilience in the unexpected. A mother (Julia Louis-Dreyfus, in a profoundly moving performance) and her teenage daughter (Lola Petticrew) must confront Death when it arrives in the form of an astonishing talking bird. TUESDAY opens tomorrow night at 7:00 in our main auditorium. It will stay with us through June 20th at 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00. On June 20th, there will not be a 7:00 showing. Instead, it will move to our upstairs auditorium at 7:20.
A father-daughter road trip set in 1990s Poland, TREASURE follows Ruth (Lena Dunham), an American music journalist, and her father, Edek (Stephen Fry), a charmingly stubborn Holocaust survivor, on a journey to his homeland. While Ruth is eager to make sense of her family's past, Edek embarks on the trip with his own agenda. This emotional, funny culture clash of two New Yorkers exploring post-socialist Poland is a powerful example of how reconnecting with family and the past can be an unexpected treasure. TREASURE opens tomorrow night in our upstairs auditorium at 7:20. It will stay with us through June 20th at 1:20, 4:20 and 7:20. One June 20th, there will not be a 7:20 showing.
