Coweta County Parks & Recreation offices & gymnasiums will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25 & Tuesday, Dec. 26 for the Christmas holiday.

Temple Ave & Madras Park Gymnasiums and Offices will be closed today, November 3. Temple Ave will be open Saturday from 1-6p. Madras will remain closed through Wednesday, November 8 (for Elections).

Today, Hunter Gymnasium will be open 9a-12p & 1p-5p and Clay-Wood will be open 1p-5p.

Don't wait any longer to register for youth 🏀 basketball! The boys' leagues only have a few spots left, then the leagues will go to a waitlist (not guaranteed for placement).

Proposed 2025 SPLOST Project for Parks & Recreation - Leroy H. Johnson Park is looking at adding a playground, pavilion and four ballfields to the explosive growth in Baseball & Softball programming in Senoia to complete the final phase of the Park.

Additionally, there are plans to have a second entrance via the new roundabout for better access onto GA Hwy-16.

SPLOST is on the ballot for the November 7 General/Special Election, and early voting started October 16. More information on SPLOST may be found on our website: cowetaparksandrec.com

Volleyball gym takeover! For the next several weeks, volleyball programming will control gym access at Temple Ave, Hunter & Clay-Wood in the evenings & select hours on Saturday. See photo for hours of impact.

📢Calling all volleyball 🏐 players! Madras Gymnasium will be dedicated for pick-up volleyball on 📅 Monday/Tuesday 4-6pm and Wednesday 4-5pm. You’ll just need a Coweta County gym membership or pay drop-in fee of $5. We look forward to seeing you out there!

There is still space available for the Magic Show at Madras Community Center on July 6th at 12pm, with Doc Dixon! Doc Dixon of Newnan appeared on ‘Penn & Teller: Fool Us’ in 2019, and guess what? He fooled them! We’re excited to see what he has in store as he returns to Newnan for this show!
