If you’re someone who likes it spicy, we’d recommend you try out our Chicken or Paneer Tikka - ‘Tikka’ typically means a small chunk of meat (or vegetable) marinated in yogurt and spices, skewered and cooked to perfection. Kashmiri chili is the star in our tikka marinade, bringing a deep red color and spicy, smoky heat. 🔥

If you like things a little more mild (but just as tasty), we’d go for our Malai Chicken 😍 Malai is the cream we marinade our chicken in, along with ginger, garlic, & cardamom - making the meat tender, juicy, and super flavorful without most of the heat! 🥵

It was developed by Ramesh Chauhan in 1977 when Coca Cola withdrew from India. He developed the formula from scratch, experimenting with ingredients such as cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg- the result was fizzier & spicier than Coca Cola. It became the most popular brand in India by a long shot!

In 1991, India opened markets to multinational companies, and a couple years later Coca Cola purchased Thums Up to compete with Pepsi. It’s still India’s favorite cola brand, and you can always find it on our menu and retail shelves. Grab a can to enjoy with your next meal at Botiwalla.

We’re all about celebrating the vibrant street food of India, and that includes the design of our spaces. So, when we were building our new patio and Jungli Hut, we took inspiration from the energetic vibes of Goan beach shacks, Southeast Asian street bars, and good old fashioned tiki huts. The result? The perfect environment to kick back, enjoy a cold drink, & sample our mindblasting chaat. 🌴🍹

It’s Corn Bhel season, my friends. 🌽

Our peak summer chaat is back. Fresh-roasted corn, cucumber, cilantro, mint, tomato, and red onion tossed with corn poha (Indian corn flakes) and cumin-lime dressing. And yes, it’s vegan! 💚
