Realistically Wholistic (Real Whole, Inc.) is hosting our annual fundraiser to raise essential funds that will allow us to provide discounted services to families in need. Our goal is to ensure that these families receive quality, compassionate care, as well as access to safe travel spaces and havens from domestic violence, along with maternal birth and care services. Last year, we were able to gift three families with full spectrum services and we are hoping to exceed that amount this year. Our current needs are baby hygiene items (diapers and wipes), feminine hygiene items (cold packs, heating pads, maxi pads, etc.), bed linens and cleaning supplies as well as landscaping services. Safe travel space (1 bed, 1 sofa, 1 sofa bed and 1 air w/ full kitchen and 1 bath) for people doing the work of serving others: activists, first responders, pregnant folks, post-op recovery (see our website for info) for a few days to a few months. Gratitude is echoed in this space. All are welcome except for the bigoted, homophobic, ageist, sexist, ableist, racist & misogynistic. Black & Brown people, LBGTQIA+2, women, DV & all religions or lack thereof are welcome and are safe here. Realistically Wholistic (Real Whole, Inc.) is a 501c3 an Atlanta based non profit organization that offers affordable/ sliding scale fee based holistic and spiritual services, wellness healing and education are accessible to everyone; regardless of income. The mission of Real Whole, Inc. is to remove the exclusivity of whole foods and homeopathic health care options and make them accessible for everyone, regardless of race, nationality, sexuality and income status. During the stay, food and basic needs are provided. Help us help our people. Thank you in advance!

When we southerners say baked beans… this is what we mean!! Not that plain canned crap.
I don’t eat out often but when I do, yall know I love supporting BOBs. Slid by a spot I’ve been wanting to try for a while, I just haven’t gotten down there. Had a job related photo shoot across the street today so I slid. Wasn’t that packed and only two folks was in there working. Quick service. The menu was a little confusing and I thought I ordered an Oreo milkshake- but I erroneously ordered a vanilla one to go with my turkey ultimate chopped no cheese. She was very busy… and I could tell she was annoyed by my lack of menu knowledge but she kept her cool and made me an Oreo one, and told me to keep the vanilla. And just for that… imma make sure I come back.
I am UNWILLING to teach or explain anything to anyone non- Black and without a va**na as to why seeing yourself in a medical provider is important. The stats are available. Research it for yourself or continue to be comfortable in your willful obtuseness as would say.
Every single day, after I take my ACV gummies and drink water with electrolytes, I drink a carafe of fruit infused green ashwaghanda tea with a drop of vanilla creamer. Today was peaches and blueberries from my dehydrated stash. I include honey because of the per the National Institute of Health: According to modern scientific literature, honey may be useful and has protective effects for the treatment of various disease conditions such as diabetes mellitus, respiratory, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and nervous systems, even it is useful in cancer treatment because many types of antioxidant are present in honey. In conclusion, honey could be considered as a natural therapeutic agent for various medicinal purposes. Sufficient evidence exists recommending the use of honey in the management of disease conditions. Based on these facts, the use of honey in clinical wards is highly recommended.
Blueberries may help lower blood pressure, prevent heart disease, improve memory, aid in exercise recovery, and more.
Peaches are a good source of vitamins C and K, which your body uses to heal wounds. Vitamin E boosts your immune system and helps your eyes and skin stay healthy. Small amounts of zinc are also good in helping your blood clot and your thyroid work, in addition to helping your vision.
Green tea comes from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush. It is one of the least processed types of tea, containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. Some research suggests green tea may positively affect weight loss, liver disorders, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and more.
Ashwagandha contains chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system. Since ashwagandha is traditionally used as an adaptogen, it is used for many conditions related to stress. Adaptogens are believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress.
What’s your daily go to tonic?
A constant journey of breaking generational curses so I can live long. I have decided my summer weight is 145, my fall weight is 150 and my winter weight is 155. Body recomposition is NO EASY FEAT. A lot of time in the gym, meal prepping constantly evaluating myself. Expensive visits to the nutritionist, allergist and endocrinologist because the only time insurance covers something is if you’re sick already. Check ins with my accountability partner, . Talking to my coach as much as I talk to my parents. I have never looked at myself so much or have done this much math and science in my entire life. Scales all over the kitchen looking like I be cooking up that work.
And to be honest I really contemplated not posting progress pics because social media makes everything sexual… but Tanya and Julius pushed me to. I’m hopeful my transparency helps someone. But this journey is personal. I’m a be 46 this year. I have five children I want to see become senior citizens and two grandchildren I want to see get to be 46 and beyond. I live a life of service and taking great care of myself is my service to ME.
It’s biggest than looks.
This is about my LIFE.

Closed for spiritual maintenance since January 1 so I can be refilled and continue to . I’ll answer all calls, emails and such when I return. 🕊️
I didn’t post about this or mention it to anyone, but I took several barbecue and grilling classes this summer. Was a vegan since my teens so I never learned. My trainer has me eating lamb and salmon to assist in building muscle - and my big dons like lamb chops… so I been grilling at least weekly. Never too old to learn something new!
Also, I wasn’t posing. One of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, which causes me to stand like bicycle kickstand😂
