Word Health Organization recommendations for use of digital screens in kids
1. One year and younger: no screen time
2. One to Two years old: sedentary screen time not recommended.
3. Two to four years old: no more than one hour of sedentary screen time

American Academy of pediatrics recommendations:
1. Younger than 18-24 months: avoid digital media other than video chat.
2. 18-24 months: watch digital media with children because they learn from watching and talking with you.
3. Ages 2-5: limit screen use to one hour per day.
4. Ages 6+: establish consistent limits on time spent and types of media.
