Dr. Serrano was great. I had been dissatisfied with an explanation of my visual problems from my now-former eye doctor. The amount of time he spend with me, getting to the bottom of what was going on, was incredible. Really surprising and good. He did a lot of testing that went well beyond the standard "read this line, is this sharper or is this sharper". I feel as if he truly understood me as a person, and listened to me--he didn't treat me as just another patient in and out the door thank you. The staff was great, it was easy to make an appointment and I like that I could fill out all the paperwork online before the appointment. For the first time since 1988, when I had an RK, I am going to get glasses and, instead of saying "oh, getting older ", I feel really excited about having crisp clear vision once again. I could not recommend Dr. Serrano more highly.
