Due to poor air quality today, the league is canceling all practices on Monday, 9/30, out of an abundance of caution for the safety of the kids, coaches, and parents. Thank you for understanding, and stay safe!

Games are ON for Saturday, 9/28! Please leave extra time for parking due to a festival in the area. See you at the field!

Please note: A large 🏀 festival will be happening nearby with around 5,000 attendees. 🚫 No parking by the rec center or tennis courts for AYSO participants. We recommend carpooling 🚗 and using the parking deck or street parking. 🅿️ Plan ahead and allow extra time to walk to the field. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Unless noted otherwise, all practices are from 6-7 pm until November 3rd (DST change). After that, practices will move back by one hour

Join us on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, at Parkside Elementary Field for the AYSO Jamboree! Players meet their teams, parents pick up uniforms, and AYSO PLAY! coaches will lead fun soccer games. Coaches, stay after for a mini clinic on organizing practices. Let’s kick off the season together—see you there!

NEW STEEL GOALS!

Your hardworking AYSO Region 1612 board are VERY pleased to announce that, in addition to the four galvanized steel goals we donated in 2022, today we have donated an additional four goals to City of Atlanta Parks and Rec!

The new four goals will live at Grant Park Rec fields. The original four goals will continue to live at Boulevard Crossing lower field.

All are free to be used by anyone in the community.

We want to update you on a few important scheduling notes due to recent weather disruptions. Firstly, this Saturday’s games will proceed as scheduled. Although this was initially intended to be our last week, the recent rain has forced us to extend the season by one additional week.

The games originally planned for Week 7 on May 4th have now been rescheduled to Saturday, May 18th, at the same times as originally scheduled. Our system will soon reflect the new date.

For the games that were rained out in Week 1, coaches are required to contact the league to organize a reschedule. We have reserved the Lower Boulevard Crossing Field for next week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 5 PM and 7 PM to accommodate these games.

Please note, there will be no practices held next week.

Furthermore, on the last day of games on May 18th, we will distribute end-of-year photos and medals. It promises to be a great day of sports and celebration, and we hope to see everyone there!

We are very saddened to share that several players and parents in our community were affected by a loss of their friends and classmates through a horrific car accident. We are sending our deepest condolences to the family and asking our AYSO Atlanta community to help a family at a time of need. 🙏
