The take flight girls are a group of women all in the aviation industry who travel the world and give back to the communities we visit at the same time. we visit destinations and find other nonprofit organizations,charity events, and shelters giving what we can, which is time, workshops, seminars, and goods. It’s that time of year again that we are proudly partnering partnership with Women in Aviation International, Saint Louis University’s Oliver L. Parks Department of Aviation Science to host its fifth annual Girls
in Aviation Day on Friday, October 28, 2022. Female high school students from the St. Louis region will be invited to attend the event in order to learn more about the aviation industry and related career opportunities. The event will welcome over 200 students to the Center for Aviation Science hangar at the St. Louis Downtown Airport. It’s our 7 year anniversary! Can you believe it we have been operating as a nonprofit for 7 years. We have hosted events where thousands of girls have attended. We have provided over 50 girls with scholarships toward aviation and aerospace studies . We enrich, encourage and empower girls to take flight with their dreams. Cheers to an even impactful future.
