Our muscles need more oxygen and produce carbon dioxide. To meet this increased demand, our breathing rate increases. Proper breathing can also help to improve endurance and prevent dizziness, ensuring that the body gets the necessary oxygen flow. Furthermore, focusing on your breath can help to maintain rhythm and pace during workout sessions. It enhances the overall performance and can also aid in muscle relaxation and recovery post-exercise. Understanding and practicing good breathing techniques can significantly improve your exercise routine. 👍
