Last Thursday was the one-year anniversary for our very own Dr. Caroline Glessner. She has been a phenomenal addition to our team of doctors and we can't wait to celebrate many more years with her at HMDC!

Do you have as much Olympics fever as we do? Our HMDC team has been going for the gold all week. We've been wearing red, white and blue to support team USA and been airing Olympics coverage on all of the TVs for our patients. We even hosted a special potluck dedicated to the Games that included torches made of ice cream cones and Cheetos. We are excited for another week of the world's best international competition!

UGA student Ben has been shadowing our doctors, working in sterilization, helping our team with lab cases and learning as much as he can about dentistry before he heads back to school this fall.

Last Thursday was his last day with us for the summer. Fortunately, it's not a full goodbye but a see you later until he is back for winter break. We look forward to his return and wish him the best of luck this semester!
