As a fellow beach lover, I have a great film recommendation that takes place on the coast of Florida, that I think you all would really enjoy! A few weeks ago I watched Ruby in Paradise, which is an award winning slice of life drama from 1993 that was just rereleased on all VOD platforms. This film follows the empowering story of a young woman named Ruby, played by Ashley Judd in her breakout role, who is on a journey of self discovery as she leaves her past behind and starts fresh on the panhandle of Florida. Ruby starts working at a beach shop similar to this one, and with the help of a few other female characters, she navigates the ups and downs of starting over in a new place, while figuring out how to get the best out of life. I hope you all get a chance to check out this film! I streamed it on Amazon and you can also find the trailer on the Quiver Distribution Youtube channel.

I understand health issues, but whole families having the same breathing problem, I don’t think so. I thought masks were mandatory in N.C.!!!
