As RPM Careers week draws to a close, it's the perfect time to shine a spotlight on one of our exceptional team members: Angel Rosa. Angel is an integral part of our community at one of our Cypress Creek properties in Princeton, Texas. We recently caught up with Angel to hear more about his experiences, and here's what he had to say:

Meet Rhonda, our Realpage and Operations Manager here at Bonner Carrington. Rhonda plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and ensuring a great experience for both employees and residents. Rhonda's upbeat personality and can-do attitude shine through as she consistently goes above and beyond to assist her fellow employees and provide exceptional support to our residents whenever possible. As we continue our celebration of RPM Careers Week, we'd like to shine a spotlight on Mason, the Assistant Manager at our Cypress Creek Parker Boulevard property in Royse City, Texas. We recently spoke with Mason about his career in Residential Property Management. Here's what he had to share:

“In my 6-year long marathon in Property Management, I have found immense joy in my roles from day 1 to today. As a part of the team at CCPB, the sense of community that we foster, the homes we help maintain, and the lives we touch bring me the satisfaction that I seek. As Residential Property Management Careers Week continues, we're excited to spotlight Senior Regional Manager, Melissa Pratt. Melissa consistently brings a positive and upbeat attitude to her role. We recently asked her about the inspiration behind her career choice in residential property management, and here's what she shared:

"In 2015 my former employer moved away from luxury class A development and into the affordable housing arena. Though I had been in the multifamily industry since 2001, it was during this time that I fell in love with property management and became passionate about affordable housing. I worked onsite every day at their first tax credit lease-up in a small town that had never had an apartment community before and were hesitant to embrace us. We worked countless hours to establish what would become the company roadmap for their now 25+ communities developing the forms, policies, and procedures to successfully operate an affordable community. In less than 6 months we leased and occupied every unit, often moving in entire buildings within 24 hours of them being accepted from construction. Through this experience I saw firsthand how quality affordable housing in underserved communities can change lives. This accomplishment filled me with a sense of purpose and set in motion the trajectory of my career which eventually led me to Bonner Carrington’s doorstep. I believe Bonner Carrington owns and operates at the highest level of our industry. Their heart for service, commitment to company culture, and dedication to excellence leave a lasting impact on their residents and the team members who serve them."
