I cannot say how special Dr. Verrett and his staff are. . . Dr. Verrett came to my aide after a previous periodontist was unable to remove a screw from my mouth. . . Dr. Verrett did the job beautifully - and he his staff were so kind and welcoming to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I waited until about Thanksgiving to start... - by Isis S.

I waited until about Thanksgiving to start calling periodontists. This obviously resulted in many offices telling me they did not have availability for a consult and a surgery. I had money in an FSA account I needed to use before the end of the year. The office called me back quickly with a consult appointment and got me in for surgery that same week! Dr Andrew Verrett did a great job explaining what the issue was and what my options were during the consult. Sarah also did a great job walking me through the payment options, pre-appointment instructions, and post-appointment instructions. Unfortunately we couldn’t schedule a follow up appointment within the usual two week timeframe, but they let me know that if I was having any problems they would open up an appointment for me the next week (the day before they closed for the holidays). Truly speaks volumes about this office! I only wish they were in network.

I have been going to Austin Periodontal Associates for more than 6 years and I highly recommend this place for treating your teeth and gum problem and maintaining your teeth and gum health. The offices are neat and clean; the staff are very friendly; they let you in promptly. The doctors , hygienists and technicians are all very professional, experienced and nice. Dr Verrett did a procedure on my teeth recently and I had a very good impression of his knowledge, experience and niceness. I would also like to say a few words about Erin, the hygienist who have been taking care of my teeth and gums for so many years. She is really a great lady who is so nice and friendly towards her patients. She is very skillful and experienced. I really owe my teeth and gums health to her, among all workers in Austin Periodontal Associates.Dec. 2021One more year passed since my last post. My teeth and gum arestable thanks to Erin's careful maintenance. Also the usuallyunpleasant sessions of teeth and gum cleaning becomes bearable because Erin keeps chatting with you. of course, as usual the office staff are very friendly. I sought this dentist for a second opinion of past work on an implant and pending work on another. The dentist reviewed that work as well as the overall health of my mouth and I left with very good information as well as clear understanding of my options.

The dentist and assistant were well versed in implants, as well as general dentistry, and gave a very thorough, frank and objective review, addressing all my questions and concerns, and doing so professionally and kindly.

During the process, I felt like they listened well, anticipated my questions and where here to ensure my dental health and comfort came first.

Additionally I found their front office handling and online information impressive.

I would recommend this dentist.
