Ms. Beal has been trying to get financing for an investment rehab for two years. All the other lenders told her no. Two months ago she shared that she was having issues getting a loan. Credit and income were good but no one wanted to invest in her project. They said she needed experience but how do you get experience if no one will give you a shot. The city was threatening to take her property through receivership. 

So the following week I went by the project and assisted with her scope of work. Called a few of my contractors to give her quotes. I told her that I’d get her deal done. Today I did just that by financing her deal today. Ms. Beal was so happy and thankful someone believed in her. I told her I’m not done yet. As her contractor starts work next week I’m still here as her coach.

✅ Able to pay for testing fee of $25.00
✅ No criminal background check
