Some amazing new plates made their debut on the menu tonight! Grilled octopus with charred peppers, chickpeas, fingerling potatoes and salsa verde. Grilled romaine white anchovy Caesar with heirloom cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, and seasoned breadcrumbs. Maine lobster risotto with confit late-summer tomatoes, lemon, and fresh oregano. And braised beef tenderloin pie with squash, bell pepper, potato, and Caribbean spices. Hope to see you soon!

It’s National Oyster Day!!! Actually, this year it’s National Oyster WEEK and we’ll be offering a special plate from today through Sunday, Aug. 11th! Stop in for some grilled Chesapeake oysters to support and “Give Back to the Bay.” And as usual, the raw bar is stacked. Hope to see you this week!

What a week! An amazing ceviche bar, hand made lobster ravioli, beautiful whole roasted fish, and fresh baked cheesecake to name a few! The team pulled out all the stops to celebrate our 13th anniversary with some truly incredible plates. All of our thanks to our entire talented Oyster House family, the Fells Point community, and to you, our wonderful guests.

Beautiful specials to share tonight! Grilled New Bedford swordfish steaks with old bay garlic herb butter and red potato & Maryland crab hash. Ocean City albacore tuna with Chef‘s epic Caesar, local heirloom cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, grilled baguette croutons, and plenty of shaved Parmesan. Hope to see you!

Chef tried to wrap up for the season, but you all wouldn’t have it. And so it goes. Jamaican lamb pies tonight! He slow braised local lamb shanks all day in lamb stock with mirepoix. The meat is pulled, and we’ve added ramps, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, prunes, thyme, a little scotch bonnet, and some Jamaican curry spices. All baked inside flaky, buttery pie crust until golden brown. Hope to see you!
Beautiful Saturday specials to share! Flavorful Opus oysters from New Brunswick dressed with guajillo chile infused lime and tobiko. Whole roasted Rhode Island black bass with Portuguese ‘picadillo’ sauce and truffle fried potatoes. And a perfect spring polenta because ramp season is almost over! West Virginia ramps, beautiful spring asparagus, and Parmesan to finish.
Just another Tuesday at the Oyster House! The team has put together some incredible plates for you tonight! Squid ink tortellini stuffed with lobster and house made ricotta, with seared scallops and a white wine scampi pan sauce. And a whole grilled Caribbean rose snapper! With golden potato and herb croquettes and a light local salad alongside. Hope to see you!

Rhode Island stuffed squid shakshuka tonight wow! Gulf shrimp and West Virginia ramps stuff the squid bodies along with bell pepper, onion, herbs, and breadcrumbs. Slowly simmered in this beautiful spiced tomato sauce accompanied by a braised egg and roasted bell peppers! Hope to see you soon.

It’s and Chef is doing an incredible local lamb sausage meatball shakshuka tonight! Hearty spiced tomato sauce with castelvetrano olives and roasted bell peppers, confit garlic, braised eggs, and grilled bread. Finished with Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh herbs, and za’atar. An epic whole fish today!! Chef has been trying to get these in for years and years! The permit fish is a unique find as there is no commercial fishery for them. Caught halfway between Florida and Cuba, these skin fish will be done on the grill tonight and served whole, with pineapple pico de gallo, coconut ginger rice, and Yucatán coleslaw.
First of the season morels!! These beauties are from West Virginia and Chef is doing a risotto tonight. With fresh shelled English peas, shallots, Parmesan, and topped with crispy local duck confit and these gems. Hope to see you!

The team has been working on these beautiful wild Atlantic salmon filets all week! House cured with salt, sugar, and spices to start, then house smoked with local cherrywood. Next flaked with Pernod sautéed mirepoix, sour cream, lemon and dill to make a delicious rillettes. Doesn’t get any better than that!
This dish is truly special! Arctic skrei cod tonight, with Sardinian fregola, pasta neck clams, Italian sausage, and shish*tos. A simple pan sauce of lemon, wine, and fresh herbs to finish. Skrei cod migrates from the Barents Sea to the Norwegian coast this time of year to spawn, and is renowned for its beautiful taste and texture. Hope to see you!
