Flowers have incredible mental health benefits. 💐Someone special surprised me with a bouquet, brightening my day and reminding me of the positive effects of flowers.
Research shows flowers can increase happiness, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional well-being. 🙂🙃

Baton Rouge Love Heals Clinic🩵 was a transformative event for the community, offering free medical, dental and vision services.
I spoke to a college student who was able to replace her broken eyeglasses. I had a conversation with an elderly couple who was able to receive much-needed dental care, which undoubtedly improved their quality of life. One of the most touching moments was a patient telling me how it felt like Christmas. ☺️
I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of our community.
Thank you, Vikki Carmel, Nicole Thomas, Donna Collins-Lewis and Baton Rouge Free Clinic, for making a real difference in the lives of so many. 💚🩵

Sunshine! 🙂🙃 After weeks of gloomy days, the sun is finally shining bright in Baton Rouge today! I stepped outside this morning to soak up some much-needed vitamin D while it lasts!🌤️🌿
Did you know that the sunshine vitamin, Vitamin D, has incredible mood-boosting benefits? ☀️
Taking a stroll outside and soaking up some sun not only gives us a healthy dose of Vitamin D but also helps uplift our moods.
If you’ve been feeling a bit off lately, take some time to step outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, and let the sun rejuvenate you. 😉
I couldn’t help the volume of people I help without HIM… 🙏🏽
