JUNE 6 - Honor the New Moon in Gemini by deepening your connection and understanding of self by journaling, sharing, and intention setting together. Receive reiki infused spinal activation along with energy clearing.

JUNE 8 - Explore the power of conscious connected breathwork, a guided practice designed to deepen self-awareness, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner peace.

JUNE 10 - Learn all about The Sun Saluations, including their benefits, as well as understanding each pose and how to modify or accommodate for your own personal experience during this yoga class for beginners.

JUNE 12 - Get into your body, out of your head, and take up space during this free-flow movement practice. Integrating different breathing techniques and guided intentions to allow your body to feel safe to move a little out of your comfort zone.

JUNE 13 - Embark on a journey of gentle relaxation and soothing tranquility designed to replenish your mind, body, and spirit. Offering a fusion of breathwork, yoga nidra, and a sound bath, all crafted with gentle integration in mind.

Meet our Studio Instructor, Nicole ✨️

Dance and movement have always been healthy outlets for Nicole. They have allowed her to express herself, work through emotions, and have been powerful tools that helped her feel comfortable in her body.

She became a certified Ecstatic Awakening Dance instructor with The School of Ecstatic Movement in 2021. She has been sharing the cathartic experience of free flow movement since.

Nicole believes dancing is for everyone and that we all deserve to feel comfortable taking up space.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our grand opening celebration over the weekend! We had such an amazing turnout and felt so much love and support from you all. It was such a wonderful day!

This was our first event we have ever hosted in the four and a half years of being open. We never had the space to host events before, and now that we do, we plan on hosting many more!

A special shoutout goes to family and friends for helping our during the days leading up to this event. We couldn't have done it without you ❤️
