A local yoga studio has shifted their live classes over to Zoom and are offering unlimited classes/wk for $30, or $15 per class. An idea if you are stuck at home, missing the gym, and wanting to help support a local business.

Wow, I am so touched and overwhelmed by this show of support for little Lambie. If we are able to raise $1200 it will cover the full cost of her surgery, and set her on her way for a quick healing. Don't miss Campfire Full Moon Yoga ...tonight! You can sit on the couch an extra hour tomorrow. Get up and stretch with us by the fire. Let's celebrate the Strawberry Moon.

We had such an encouraging turnout for tonight's Campfire Yoga. The stars came out, and the fire crackled as we stretched our lungs and our imaginations under the moon and a canopy of cool leaves.
