30 year product is becoming less competitive.

There are 3, 5 & 7 year ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) options that have a lower rate ranging from the high 3's to the mid 4's percentages.

More people are opting to have an ARM loan due to the low interest rates. You could be saving 20 percent or more on your monthly mortgage payment by obtaining an arm loan.

For those of you who have struggled in the last 18 months, this could be your window of opportunity. You have an opportunity to buy with little to no competition, negotiate with a seller on some of your own terms, and still get a great rate with an arm product.

We believe in the next 3-4 years there will be an opportunity to refinance long term at a more competitve rate than today, so we are suggesting to think about a low interest arm product today, and refinancing again when the opportunity arises 🏡
