A trio of fresh seafood—shrimp, bay scallops, and calamari—gently poaches until just tender and soaks in a garlicky, lemony marinade along with crunchy fennel and slivered red onion. It’s a great make-ahead dish, as the flavors need at least a couple of hours to marry; you can make it up to one day in advance. 🦐

No need to go to the drive-through for crispy, Louisiana-spiced popcorn shrimp. Our easy oven-fried version can be on your table faster than it would take to get to the restaurant and back. The shrimp is initially dredged in seasoned flour, dipped in egg, and then dredged in the same seasoned flour that’s been mixed with panko for extra crunch. Served with cocktail sauce, it’s extremely munchable. 😋

"We have a special surprise for this week’s recipe… A Crustless Vanilla Cheesecake that’s, get this, zero Points! 🎂

The main ingredient in this dessert is nonfat cottage cheese, which purees to a smooth texture and lends the dessert a flavor similar to cream cheese. The finished dish ends up as a dead ringer, flavor and texture wise, for a ricotta cheesecake. While we love this vanilla version, you could go in a citrus direction by stirring in a tablespoon of lemon zest. 🍰

"In the market for a new and exciting recipe? This could be the one for you! Check out this recipe for Two-Ingredient-Dough Garlic Naan. 😋

Traditional naan is made with a yeast-risen dough and cooked in a tandoor oven. Our quick version uses a dough made of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt and cooks it in a skillet. You end up with tender-chewy flatbreads with those yummy charred “blisters” on the surface. The naan is brushed with garlic butter at the end for an irresistible savory flavor.
