Our Story
TAB Fitness has been providing progressive, high-quality training since 2016 when we partnered with the city of Bryant to bring group fitness classes to The Center at Bishop Park. Today, we offer over 40 classes per week, including TRX, yoga, Pilates, kettle bell training, boot camps, HIIT classes, Barre, strength training, rowing, and step.
TAB Fitness also provides personal training, small group training, corporate training, and wellness seminars.
Our mission at TAB Fitness is to make our community, as a whole, healthier and stronger through physical instruction and education. This can only be achieved with highly trained, and certified instructors. Everyone on our team works diligently to stay abreast of current science and trends in the industry through certifications and continuing education, both online and in person.
