If you’re comfortable with the weight you’re at, don’t feel as though you need to lose weight. If you’re not feeling great about your weight but you’re not sure what your “goal weight” is, then creating goals that revolve around strength, happiness, mental clarity, and agility are great for helping you feel better in your body.
