Our team blew out their shoulders resetting the entire spray, and carefully crafted a competition round with quality problems of all difficulty levels. Starting in June, we’ll be hosting 4 action-packed sessions for the youth crushers in our community. With two age groups (7-11 and 12-15), our camp caters to a wide range of ages and skill levels. From Monday to Friday, participants will get to hone their climbing skills, work with our talented coaches, tie-dye shirts, play awesome games, and more! 🤩 ⁣⁣

Next week at Benchmark Berkeley, join in-house Physical Therapist, Emily Noe, DPT, for a deep dive into Finger Pulleys with a look at anatomy, injury prevention, and rehab strategies. What’s more, there will be a demonstration with a diagnostic ultrasound of a finger, to show how this is used for pulley injury assessment.⁣

Finger injuries happen, but they don't have to be the crux of your climbing journey! Knowledge is power, and we hope this clinic will give you the information you need to conquer that nagging pulley tweak, bulletproof your fingers, and enjoy climbing for years to come!⁣

Emily, a climber and former professional dancer turned physical therapist, specializes in treating climbing injuries and helping athletes bounce back stronger than ever. ⁣

Starting July 13th, Emily will begin hosting one-hour client sessions each Thursday. During these sessions, Emily will address current or past injuries, muscle weakness, coordination, range of motion, and more. She’ll even create personalized training programs to suit your needs and help you safely progress towards your goals.⁣
