For LGBTQ+ Equal Pay Day, we want to spotlight the ongoing struggle for fair wages within our communities. Trans and gender-nonconforming individuals face some of the steepest pay gaps due to intersecting factors of gender, race, class, and more. Let's continue to push for comprehensive research and policies that recognize and address these disparities. Equality means fair pay for all. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ’Ό
